Larry Mandelberg is The Leadership Architect at Mandelberg Consulting and author of "Businesses Don't Fail, They Commit Suicide: How to Survive Success and Thrive in Good Times and Bad." As a fifth-generation business owner with 170 years of family business heritage, Larry spent 23 years researching why businesses fail, developing his groundbreaking theory that businesses only fail due to internal decisions, never external forces.
He has built and managed 13 businesses across multiple industries and consulted for organizations from CalPERS to foster care associations. His work focuses on helping CEOs navigate change using three organizational imperatives: Clarity of Purpose, Consistency of Performance, and Engagement of People.
