Rich Alderton

If you can change how you think and feel about change itself, you will be better prepared for whatever happens next.

Most people resist most change most of the time. And in a world that is becoming increasingly unpredictable that means they are feeling more fear, more anxiety,  and becoming less engaged in their lives. But it doesn't have to be that way. Far from it. Change - even negative change - is actually the best chance any of us is ever going to get to make a difference and find out what we're really capable of achieving.

Anyone can raise their level of Adaptability Intelligence and as a result, they'll be able to enjoy rather than endure the life of change that surely lies ahead for us all.
