James Kell is a co-founder of Scratchie, an app bringing positive reinforcement to construction safety. He was previously CEO of Sydney construction firm Kell & Rigby for 9 years, overseeing iconic projects like the first Apple Stores in Australia.

With experience spanning construction, outdoor adventure and national security, James brings a unique perspective. He studied engineering in Germany, started adventure companies in China and the BVI, and has completed a Master's in National Security Policy.
